Since FIT Consult was established in 1992, it has done extensive work in various areas of development. It has consulted for International Organizations such as the European Union and the United Nations Development Program, as well as, the Public and Private Sector Organizations in a variety of areas, ranging from real estate development, funds intermediation services, project development services and privatization.
In the changing environment of today, FIT as a financial adviser, funds intermediator and project developer, continues to creatively weave various Country success experiences, with the new emerging Africa’s realities, to maximize the benefits of their development challenges.
FIT continues to introduce innovative approaches infrastructure and housing development, in recognition of the difficult cash constraints that African Nations are confronted with.
